We always throw in 1-X over what the count says so you are guaranteed to get some extras! Counts include roaches of varying sizes, most will be nymphs however!
We ship our roaches in a secure container that has everything the roaches need for their journey! This includes substrate, some food for the road, and insulating packs dependent on the temperature.
We will do a check to ensure that the temperatures are within a safe shipping range (40º-90º) during their trip. We may hold them back to ensure weather and temperature conditions are proper, which will be communicated with you!
